addo means inspire in Latin. It's where all the ideas from our restaurant group start, get developed, and are showcased to the public through many formats. Dinners, brunch, pop-ups, incubators that help up-and-coming chefs get moving in the right direction, and so much more. addo is a place for ideas that become reality. We are a restaurant that focuses on tasting menus do please join us for one or all.
We have two versions of addo currently:
addo:incubator in Ballard
addo:incubator is a restaurant that focuses on tasting menus. Our tasting menus range from brunch all the way to twenty course tasting menus. This allows us to appeal to a wider demographic of guest and allows those guests to experience a wide range of cooking, stories, and experiences. We are open for coffee Wednesday-Friday 7am-3pm and Saturday through Sunday from 9am-3pm. All of our tasting menus for dinner and brunch are ticketed and can found by searching through our ticketing system here:

In collaboration with the Batch 206 Distillery we have opened addo:206. addo:206 is a collection of food from our pop-ups within addo that ranges from our famous Richard burger to Puerto Rican food to lots of food that pairs well with spirits form Batch 206. We are open for walk-ins there from 4pm-10pm Wednesday through Friday and from Saturday and Sunday from noon-10pm. For more information please visit the site dedicated to addo:206 here:
