I get a lot of people asking about what's going on in Ballard and can't find the site so I'm just going to pin it to the top here.

Lechoncito News: 

Delivery starts tomorrow for most of Seattle through Caviar as an exclusive partner with them!  We should be live tonight so if you want to start making an order for delivery tomorrow then that is an awesome idea.   We will be doing delivery Wednesday and Sunday nights starting at 5pm.  The menu is ala carte and will be part of the framework for the permanent space, when we find the right one (in Capitol Hill).  We will be expanding more days as we see fit and sort through any issues we have with consistency, I want this to be right.   Then we'll move to five nights, lunch, and even a corporate lunch option (going to launch this on my site first very soon). 

For the sit down dinners in Capitol Hill, we will be holding those mostly outside and I'm shopping for a rotisserie so we can do lechonera's on the weekends. For Ballard, you'll be able to pick up take out boxes of Lechoncito soon.  I added that feature last week and it's $20 for a box o' food so check it out on the Ballard site!

SILVA news: 

The menu is becoming more intricate and the preparations for things are evolving quickly.  Seafood is spectacular right now so almost the entire menu is compromised of seafood, however, that doesn't mean we don't accommodate diners of any sort with to meet dietary needs and or preferences.  Don't hesitate to tell me that you care for something or don't, it's hospitality and my job to make things right for you.  BOOK A SILVA dinner for yourself or your friends, we are booking through July in Capitol Hill only. 

DiVe News:

We are open to walk-ins starting tomorrow night in Ballard!  We are expanding to Wednesday-Saturday nights to be open and will be flexible with that time considering walk-in rates but we are definitely looking to have you in! All food is under $13 with a growing wine and beer list!   

Queen Anne space update!

We'll be working with Jill Kellen and team El Diablo Coffee to occupy a little space there to do some Lechoncito and DiVe action, which is super exciting for us!  Additionally, there will be a liquor license there so we'll be able to expand what we serve for all projects there, guest bartender nights will be a thing. 

El Diablo is currently searching for a kitchen manager for that space right now that will help them for launch.  If you know any strong candidates send them over, I'll be posting across social media with more information about that soon.  

addo news: 

We are in the process of bringing on some people to do administrative work so we can start improving the website, ways things are promoted, and lots of other things to clean up our organization, we're growing! 

You'll be seeing a lot of new experiences with new faces very soon.  New styles of food for the group and so many incubators on the way! 

We'll be filming a segment with King 5's Evening Magazine on Thursday so look out for that soon!  

We're in Seattle Magazine and The Stranger right now!   So check that out!

Night Moves - Friday and Saturday starting on 6/1.  This is $35 and will be a bunch of  new things in the works for the company whether that is from incubators or myself.  These start at 9pm are in the style of an izakaya so you'll get lots of bites, snacks, and fun things for $35 each with beverages sold separately at the space.  (click)
