Evening Magazine:

We'll be on King 5's Evening Magazine on 5/24.  They came in and filmed during our Eastern Promises dinner and we showed them a bunch of food things from across the company.  Chelsea Lin, from Seattle Magazine, who wrote that awesome article about us is also in the mix with us so that's pretty awesome.  Had to break out the Gatorade Jordan's the shoot!

SILVA news:

11 out of the 13 courses for the SILVA menu were seafood because that's what's best right now in Washington.  We do accommodate any dietary restriction, allergy, and/or aversion so if you are not into seafood we will definitely dial in the experience for you, no worries.  Join us for the always changing menu happening every Friday and Saturday in our Capitol Hill space.

We have a playlist that you should check out (click here)

Lechoncito News:

Lechoncito is splitting off into three groups until we get a permanent space to do all things Puerto Rican food.

Sit Down Dinners-

We'll be doing these at our Capitol Hill space on Wednesday and Sunday's for $35 per person as we have been doing for a few months now.  We will occasionally do these in Ballard but that is a bit harder to sell in that space.

Delivery and Pick-Up:

We are rolling on delivery through Caviar.  We're looking at full roll-out with marketing with them this week.  I'm working on getting more dates to have delivery going instead of just Wednesday and Sunday but we'll get there soon, just scaling up at the moment.   Additionally, I'm working on launching pick-up during that time from the space.  Menu prices will be the same but you won't have to pay surcharge and delivery charge, coming soon!

Remote Location & Lechonera

We are in the process of dialing in a remote location for Lechoncito: Lechonera Edition starting with Saturday's first then a few more days of the week in West Seattle starting in a few weeks.  We'll be collaborating with Ounces Taproom where they have a new beer garden where we'll be providing food.   First up will be inexpensive plates with rice, beans, pork sandwiches, pieces of pork, and a weekly special.  Think inexpensive, think really good food, and bring a lot of friends.   We'll be doing whole pigs once the logistics for the rotisserie gets sorted.

Lechoncito and DiVe will be moving into the Queen Anne space for El Diablo Coffee opening in June/July.  We'll get to what that does for DiVe in a second but for Lechoncito that will give us another sit down space and we'll be able to do liquor service so we'll be building a rum room as well, super cool.

SILVA news:

The menu is becoming more intricate and the preparations for things are evolving quickly.  Seafood is spectacular right now so almost the entire menu is compromised of seafood, however, that doesn't mean we don't accommodate diners of any sort with to meet dietary needs and or preferences.  Don't hesitate to tell me that you care for something or don't, it's hospitality and my job to make things right for you.  BOOK A SILVA dinner for yourself or your friends, we are booking through July in Capitol Hill only.

DiVe News:

We are now open to walk-ins on Thursday-Saturday in the Ballard space.  We'll be creating a delivery menu for this that will have the Richard on there, Puerto Rican pork bowl, truffle hot pocket, and more, which will be launching soon.  We will soon be expanding this even more with the expansion of the Queen Anne space so be on the lookout for more divey bary and other words that end with y to make that last sentence work.

addo news:

Capitol Hill

Looking at this week, we have a Puerto Rican food cooking class on Wednesday then Lechoncito that evening and we'll be on Caviar so if you can't make it then order in!

Friday and Saturday we'll see SILVA for dinner.  Saturday morning brunch will be the Swipe Right Diner from Charlotte Glaves which features old school diner style food!

On Sunday we'll see the last toast v. toast as we'll be moving into a tea focused brunch for the month of June so if you loved toast v. toast then come on in for your last toastravaganza.    For Sunday dinner we'll have two different things happening with Lechoncito and a special Salmon Says dinner where I am creating a tasting menu based off of a few different varieties of salmon.

Moving forward, here we are:

Night Moves - Friday and Saturday starting on 6/1.  This is $35 and will be a bunch of new things in the works for the company whether that is from incubators or myself.  These start at 9pm are in the style of an izakaya so you'll get lots of bites, snacks, and fun things for $35 each with beverages sold separately at the space.  (click)
