addo update: Capitol Hill and Ballard 5/4/18
DiVe, will be expanding operations there this month with more nights. Right now we are doing Thursday through Saturday and will be moving to Wednesday through Sunday and we'll be accepting walk-ins soon. You'll see some new faces there as well holding the fort down along with myself, Chef Charlotte (she is with us full-time now) and Chef Ana (working towards full-time!). The food is evolving there and you're starting to see some new menu items pop-up as well as some new wines and beers. We have a sandwich board coming soon and some red lights on the way to dial in the space a little more. We want to keep it chill in there and maintain our same all food under $13 with wines and beers at the ready. DiVe in with us (click)
We are in the process of getting ready to roll with Caviar delivery service for Lechoncito. They came and did fancy photos of the food and we are figuring out odds and ends which is great. I'm shooting for May to get this rolling.
Lechonera nights. We'll be doing whole pig pop-ups around the city. I have two spots in the works with more as they come. We will also be able to do this as a cater out event during the summer so contact us to reserve you pig, sides, and Lechoncito crew for your party. Shoot me a message if you're interested.
I'm in the process of hiring more people. We get a lot of inquiries and I've been in a spot where we have had to slow those ideas down but we're now in a spot where we can expand operations as a whole. Capitol Hill NEW!
Mother's Day is coming up and we're doing a special Mother's Day menu for brunch that day. It's a throw back to a pop-up style brunch I did called Afternoon Delight. This will be a 5 course brunch with tea poured throughout the meal. The tea is priced into the ticket price and there will be an alcohol pairing as an option. $45 per person plus tax and service charge. It's live so buy it! Derby Party 5/5
Bring your fancy hats and we'll bring our fancy food. We're opening the space up with our patio and we'll have some games being played as well. This is less of a sit down thing and more of a social hang out so come hang out! $45 per person with drinks being sold separately at the event. (click)
Grillin' and Chillin' 5/20
All things over the grill! Different types of wood, with meats, vegetables, and seafood at the ready. Join us while we grill and you chill on the patio. This will be a lot less formal and we'll just put out food as it's ready. $50 per person with beverages being sold separately at the event. (click)
