Let me take all of the guesswork out of dining for you. Palma is a tasting menu that you drive, completely customized to your taste, preferences, and culinary dreams. As you're booking, you'll be asked a series of questions so I can get to know you and your taste better. From there, I'll formulate an entirely customized one-off menu for you between 5-7 courses. This will be a wide-ranging tasting menu and I'll be using the information you give me to create a custom experience just for you and the guests you bring.
Every time you dine at Palma with me, I get a better understanding of your likes, dislikes, and preferences. This means each subsequent experience at Palma is improved and even more fine-tuned to what you are looking for out of a culinary experience.
If you have any specific dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences, please let me know. You'll be prompted for these with the questionnaire. This also includes any beverage preferences you may have. Your comfort and satisfaction are of utmost importance, as this menu is entirely for you.
Palma is open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. There is a seating at 5pm and a seating at 730pm. If there is a date beyond what we are offering that doesn’t appear, please reach out for availability. We are booking through the end of 2024.
