April - signs of spring
May - churrascaria - grilled meats and sides all done over an open fire
June - summer bounty
July - grill and chill. this is the second year this is happening in north carolina. be sure to book this as i do lots of farmers market finds that are all grilled using different types of grills outside while you chill.

Details:

$75 per person
Dining room is for up to eight people and there is only one table so please keep in mind there might be people you may not know. If you would like to purchase the entire seating please reach out so we can check availability and create a custom ticket for you to purchase, please keep in mind you will need to purchase all eight seats.
There are usually 5-7 different dishes and they change every time.
Food is usually all on the table within one hour to an hour and a half, it comes out in stages. Everything usually lasts 2-3 hours, for planning purposes on your side.
Beverages are included in the dinner.
All items are served family style.
There is a 7pm seating. We will expand as needed.
if you would like to host these at your home please email so we can work up a quote. It will be more expensive than this.

You will get a purchase confirmation. Later, you'll receive an email closer to the date confirming your dietary needs and any food dislikes. Please inform me beforehand so I can prepare accordingly. I can usually work with you on things but if there is something I’m not good at doing I’ll talk with you and refund asap so that way we’re all having a good time.
